The Office of Workforce and Economic Development at Panola College offers continuing education and community service courses in Carthage, Center, Marshall, and Jefferson Texas. This office also works with local businesses to serve their training needs. In addition, our department schedules adult basic education classes, provided at no cost, in all four counties in our service area.
