The cosmetology program provides instruction
designed to prepare a student to be employed as a licensed
cosmetologist. After passing the state examination administered
by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations in Austin,
Texas, an individual is licensed to work in the beauty care
industry providing a wide range of services. Cosmetology programs
are offered in both Center and Carthage.
