Board of Trustees
Ultimate responsibility for governance of the College is vested
by state statute in a district board of trustees comprised of seven
members. Executive responsibility for administering policies of
the board is delegated to the President of the College, who is assisted
by the administrative officers.

Board Meeting Agenda
As a general rule, the Panola College Board of Trustees meets the
third Monday of the month in the Magnolia Room of the Martha Miller
Administration Building at 7:00 PM. On occasion, meeting dates and
places may change and special sessions may be called.
